In the Austrian capital Vienna – just a few kilometers from the city center – the MLP Business Park Vienna will be built.

The modern business park arises on the 98,300 m² former industrial site of the US oil company ExxonMobil in the northeast of the city.

It offers 55,000 m² of total usable space, distributed over four buildings. Flexibly divisible rental units starting at 3,100 m² provide space for users focusing on city logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing and light industrial.

With an innovative concept for modern and sustainable space at an outstanding location, the MLP Group aims to offer an optimal solution, geared towards the needs of urban logistics, for the subsequent use of the site.

MLP Business Park Vienna impresses with its central location in the northeast of the Austrian capital. From here, Vienna's city center, which is only 13 km away, can be reached in a few minutes. The direct connection to the S2 freeway as well as to local public transport ensures short distances within Europe.

With around 2 million inhabitants (2.6 million in the metropolitan area, almost one third of the country's population), Vienna is Austria's most populous city and the country's cultural, economic and political center. 26% of Austria's gross domestic product (GDP) is generated in the capital. In particular, the Port of Vienna is considered a logistics hub at the intersection of the flow of goods between Europe and Asia due to its trimodal connection to water, rail and road transport modes as well as its proximity to the airport.
